<p>トレビスとはイタリア原産の紫キャベツによく似た野菜。（イタリアではラディッキオと呼ぶそう）<br />
お味はキャベツよりも柔らかく、独特のほろ苦さが特徴です。</p>
<h2>材料（2~3人前）</h2>

<li>トレビス　　　　　　　　　　　1/2玉</li>
<li>イチゴ　　　　　　　　　　　　5~6粒</li>
<li>パルミジャーノ・レッジャーノ　10g</li>
<li>EXVオリーブオイル　　　　　　大さじ1</li>
<li>バルサミコ酢　　　　　　　　　大さじ1</li>
<li>塩　　　　　　　　　　　　　　小さじ1/5</li>
</ul>
<p>パルミジャーノの代わりにモッツァレラを使っても美味しい。</p>
<p>バルサミコは<strong>長期熟成</strong>の甘みが強くとろみがついたタイプを使う。<br />
さらっとした熟成の浅いものやワインビネガーで代用する場合は<strong>大さじ1のはちみつ</strong>を追加すると良い。</p>

<p>そんな悩みとは今日でおさらば。<br />
なぜなら<span class="fz-18px bold blue"><strong>野菜は焼くだけでめちゃめちゃ美味しい</strong></span>のです。</p>
<p>焼く野菜は何でもOK！<br />
特に旬の野菜がおすすめですが、もちろん冷蔵庫に余っている常備野菜でも良いです。</p>
<p>野菜を美味しく焼くことができれば、余った野菜はもちろん使い所の浮かばない野菜たちも楽しむことが出来るのが最大の利点。</p>
<p>大事なのは炒め物のように動かしたりせず、<strong>中火から弱火でじっくりと焼いて焼き目をつける</strong>こと。<br />
味付けは醤油やポン酢、お好みのドレッシングなど何でも良いのですが、おすすめは<strong>美味しい粗塩と美味しいオリーブオイル</strong>。</p>
<p>シンプルですが、これが驚くほど美味しいのです。</p>

<p>材料は好みの野菜を好きなだけ用意して下さい。</p>
<p>今回は、舞茸、蓮根、コールラビ、パプリカを準備しました。</p>

<p>1. 野菜を大ぶりにカットする。</p>
<p>2. オリーブオイルを少量ひいたフライパンに並べて<strong>中火</strong>にかける。</p>

<p>3.  あまり動かさずにじっくりと焼き、焼き目がついたら返す。</p>

<p>ゴルゴンゾーラはスーパーでも最近はよく見かけるようになりました。見つからない場合や、青カビが苦手な方は、カマンベールなど白カビのタイプで代用してください。</p>

<p>・サラダリーフ　大1パック<br />
・ドライいちじく　60g（上記商品半袋）<br />
・ピスタチオ　　　30g（上記商品半袋）<br />
・ゴルゴンゾーラチーズ　　50g（上記商品1パック）<br />
・EXVオリーブオイル　大さじ１<br />
・白ワインビネガー　　大さじ１<br />
・塩　　　　　　　小さじ1/3<br />
・胡椒　　　　　　適量<br />
・ピンクペッパー　適量（あれば）</p>
<p>サラダリーフはベビーリーフミックスなどお好みのものをお使いください。</p>
<p>ピスタチオはアーモンドやくるみなど他のナッツでも代用可能です。</p>
<p>ゴルゴンゾーラはマイルドな”ドルチェ”と辛口の”ピカンテ”という種類がありますが、お好みでお選びください。今回はドルチェを使用しました。<br />
また、上にも記載の通り、苦手な方などはカマンベールなどの白カビチーズで代用してください。</p>
<p>白ワインビネガーは赤ワインビネガーや米酢でもOKです。<br />
ドライいちじくがかなり甘いため、ドレッシングは酸を立たせてキレを出すほうが全体のまとまりが良いと思います。<br />
なので、バルサミコなどの甘みのあるビネガーはあまりおすすめしません。</p>

りんごとカマンベールチーズを使って、手軽に作れるおしゃれなサラダをご紹介します。

<em>追記：後から知りましたが、この組み合わせはフランス北部のノルマンディーで定番のものらしく、salade normandeとよぶそうです。</em>

ルッコラでなくとも、ベビーリーフや市販のサラダミックスでも代用可能です。
ミックスナッツも単体のクルミや、アーモンド、ピスタチオなどお好きなもので構いません。

バルサミコは、少し味わいは変わりますが白ワインビネガーや普通の米酢でもOKです。
余談ですが、この<strong><span class="marker-under-blue">ジュゼッペジュスティの12年熟成バルサミコ</span></strong>は超おすすめです。（高いけど）

・美味しいりんごを使う

1.<strong> りんご半分</strong>は芯をV字に切り取って、<strong>7mmほどの少し厚めにカット</strong>する。

・今回はこの後にりんごを焼きますが、焼かないフレッシュなりんごのサラダもとても美味しいです。
生の場合は食感が少し強いのでこれをさらに斜め半分にカットしてください。

・両面2分ずつといいつつ、焼き加減はお好みです。しっかり焼いてとろっとさせても美味しいですし、半生も最高です。

<p>・ラフランス　1個<br />・ベビーリーフ 50g（大きめ1パック）<br />・クルミ　1つかみ<br />・エクストラバージンオリーブオイル　大さじ1<br />・バルサミコ酢　大さじ1<br />・塩　小さじ1/3</p>

<p>クルミの代わりにアーモンド、ピスタチオ、ピーナッツなどの他のナッツでも美味しくできます。<br />ベビーリーフもサニーレタスなどのお好きなサラダベースで構いません。<br />バルサミコがなければ、少し味わいは変わりますが白ワインビネガーや普通の米酢でもOKです。</p>
<p>そして余談ですが、この<strong><span class="marker-under-blue">ジュゼッペジュスティの12年熟成バルサミコ</span></strong>がやばいんです。<br />想像の5倍くらいの値段がするんですが・・・味は想像の10倍くらい美味しい！<br />もはやビネガーというよりも完成されたソースの域に達しています。何につけても美味しいので激しくおすすめです。<br />値段がネックですが1度に使う量はせいぜい大さじ1（15cc）程度なので1回あたり300円くらいでしょうか・・・（高）<br />ただお店でこの手のサラダを食べると1200円とかするので個人的には価値があるかなと思います。</p>
