<li>豚こま肉　　　250g</li>
<li>長ネギ　　　　1本</li>
<li>にんにく　　　1かけ</li>
<li>豆板醤　　　　小さじ1</li>
<li>醤油　　　　　大さじ1</li>
<li>酒　　　　　　大さじ1</li>
<li>砂糖　　　　　小さじ1/3</li>
<li>サラダ油　　　大さじ1</li>
</ul>
<p>豚こま肉はバラ肉やロース肉でも代用可能。</p>

<p>1.　ゴーヤを半割にしてスプーンで中のワタを取り除き、3mm程度の厚さに切る。</p>

<p>2. 長ネギ1本は1cm程度の厚さの斜め切りに、にんにく1かけは潰して皮を剥いて粗みじん切りにしておく。</p>

<p>3.　鍋にゴーヤがひたひたになる程度の湯を沸かしてゴーヤを1分間下茹でしてザルにあげておく。</p>
<div class="blank-box bb-tab bb-point bb-blue">ゴーヤは下茹ですることで苦味が和らぐ。<br />
長時間茹でればその分苦味は抜けるがシャキシャキ感が無くなるため、茹で時間は好みで調整を。</div>

<p>5.　豚肉に8割くらい火が通ったら<strong>豆板醤小さじ1</strong>を加えてよく混ぜながら炒める。</p>

<p>6. 豆板醤が全体に絡んだらゴーヤと長ネギを加え、長ネギが少ししんなりとするまで炒めたら<strong>砂糖小さじ1/3、酒と醤油大さじ1ずつ</strong>を加え和えながら炒める。</p>
